Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0 · applies to everything created, uploaded or generated on PSXForge.

PSXForge is a tool for making games. These rules exist so it stays that way. They apply to prompts you type into the AI tools, to files you upload, and to the games you build and share.

What is not allowed

1. Sexual content

No sexual or pornographic imagery, and no sexualised depictions of anyone. This applies to AI prompts, uploads and published builds alike. Sexual content involving minors is illegal, is removed immediately without notice, and is reported to the authorities.

2. Impersonating real people

Do not generate or upload images of real, identifiable people - public figures included - and do not present generated material as a photograph or statement of a real person. Fictional characters of your own are exactly what this tool is for.

3. Other people's intellectual property

Do not use PSXForge to reproduce characters, logos, brands or artwork owned by someone else - Disney, Nintendo, Studio Ghibli, Pokémon, Marvel and every other rights holder included.

Style is not ownership. Asking for "anime style", "cel shaded", "pixel art", "low poly" or "PS1 style" is entirely fine, and is how the tool is meant to be used. Naming someone else's franchise or character is not.

4. Abuse of the service

No malware, no attempts to break into other accounts, no scraping or bulk downloading of our libraries, no automation that floods the build queue or the AI queue.

How this is enforced

AI prompts are checked automatically before generation, and generated images are checked automatically afterwards. Prompts, uploads and generations tied to an account are logged. Breaking these rules can cost you access to the AI features or the account itself; content that is manifestly illegal is removed at once and without warning.

Automated checks are not perfect in either direction. If something of yours was blocked and should not have been, tell us - the address is below.

Reporting

To report content that breaks these rules, or to appeal a block you believe was a mistake, write to [email protected]. Include a link or the project name, and what the problem is. We review reports and remove or restore content where justified.
